I came to the Amherst area as a student at the University of Massachusetts. I taught elementary school in the Amherst/Pelham School District for two years and went on to Teach English as a Second Language in Athens, Greece, and then at an Alternative School in Maine followed by Stratton Mountain School in Vermont. After returning to the Pioneer Valley, my husband, Bob and I built our first home together and started our family in Ashfield, Ma.
In the early 1980's I relocated to Amherst with my family and together started building and marketing homes all over the Pioneer Valley. I have been representing buyers and sellers from Springfield to Northfield and on both sides of the Connecticut River.
I have worked with buyers approximately 62% of the time, and have represented sellers in numerous recorded transactions. I have sold homes from fixer uppers to brand new homes. My fastest selling home sold in a weekend and closed in 31 days.

Judy Rivard was a godsend. I was named executor of my friends estate in Massachusetts and I live in NY.
